Smart settings with rest indicator: 5 settings including beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish have programmed temperatures for your chosen doneness and indicate when it’s time to take off to rest. Probe is linked with LCD settings so you can select the doneness you want and the product will tell you when your food is at the correct temperature, whether you are resting your meat or not.
Temperature PROBE: an integrated probe measures the precise temperature of your meat and electronically feeds back information to the LCD and indicates when it is time to take off to rest. Five meat settings have programmed temperatures from rare to well done.
Open flat BBQ mode: open the grill flat for a 260 square inch grilling and griddle surface. Makes grilling seafood or steak a cinch and griddles eggs and pancakes to perfection, so think big. Removable drip tray works in BBQ or contact mode.
